pop_readegi

pop_readegi(filename, datachunks=None, forceversion=None, fileloc='auto', *, return_com=False)

Import an EGI Simple Binary file.

datachunks uses EEGLAB-facing 1-based frame or segment numbers. EGI integer A/D values are converted to microvolts by readegi(), event channels become dataset events, and segmented recordings are returned as channel-by-point-by-trial arrays. An epoc event with no tim0 event is stored as boundary. When both codes are present, the sample count divides evenly into one more trial than there are epoc events, and each epoc latency is the last sample of one of those trials, the pauses become the trial boundaries and the epoc events are removed.
