pop_clust(STUDY, ALLEEG, *args, algorithm='kmeans', clus_num=20, outliers=inf, random_state=0, gui=False, renderer=None, return_com=False, **kwargs)

Cluster STUDY component rows in STUDY.etc.preclust.

algorithm="kmeanscluster" initializes centroids from the first clus_num rows. algorithm="kmeans" keeps the lowest-SSE result of ten seeded starts. Cls k is centroid k of that result.
