spectopo(data, frames, srate, *, percent=100, freqs=None, freqrange=None, chanlocs=None, topoplot_options=None, title='', plot='on', winsize=None, overlap=0, nfft=None, wintype='hamming', blckhn=2)

Compute and optionally plot channel/component log power spectra.

This implements the noninteractive EEGLAB spectopo core used by pop_spectopo: data are channel-major, Welch spectra are reported in dB, and optional scalp maps are drawn at requested frequencies when channel locations are available.
