eeg_amplitudearea(EEG, channels, resrate, wstart, wend)

Return signed mean ERP amplitude within a millisecond window.

Channel numbers are 1-based. resrate is samples per millisecond: the window is resampled in steps of 1/resrate along EEG.times. EEGLAB’s help text describes resrate as hertz.
