pop_chanedit(chans, *args, gui=None, renderer=None, return_com=False, **kwargs)

Edit EEG channel-location metadata.

Programmatic channel indices are EEGLAB-facing 1-based indices. Passing an EEG dictionary returns an updated EEG dictionary; passing a chanloc list returns (chanlocs, chaninfo, urchanlocs) like EEGLAB’s lower-level path.

Parameters:
