Extracting epochs, selecting data, and converting between latencies and sample points.

eegprep.eeg_findboundaries(*, EEG)

EEG_FINDBOUNDARIES - return indices of boundary events.

eegprep.eeg_lat2point(lat_array, ...[, timeunit])

Convert latencies in time units (relative to per-epoch time 0) to latencies in data points assuming concatenated epochs (EEGLAB style).

eegprep.eeg_point2lat(lat_array[, ...])

Convert event latencies in data points to latencies in time units (default seconds).

eegprep.epoch(*args, **kwargs)

Wrap pop_epoch.

eegprep.findboundaries(*args, **kwargs)

Wrap eeg_findboundaries.

eegprep.lat2point(*args, **kwargs)

Wrap eeg_lat2point.

eegprep.point2lat(*args, **kwargs)

Wrap eeg_point2lat.

eegprep.select(*args, **kwargs)

Wrap pop_select.
